Instructions for Vehicle Owners (Hosts)
1. Registration
Create an account on the platform using your email address or by signing in via social networks.
2. Vehicle Listing
Listing vehicles on the platform is free of charge. The marketplace operates on a commission-based model, earning only from successful rental transactions.
To publish a listing, you must provide:
- listing title;
- vehicle pick-up (location) address;
- photos of the vehicle;
- make and model;
- technical specifications;
- description;
- rental price;
- additional rental conditions (if applicable).
It is prohibited to publish links, phone numbers, or payment details.
After submission, the listing goes through moderation. Verification usually takes from a few minutes to several hours.
3. Payment Methods Setup
To publish a listing, you must select available payment methods.
Cash Payments
If you plan to accept cash payments, you must confirm your consent to this payment method and acknowledge the related responsibilities. Confirmation is completed using a code sent to your email address.
For cash rentals, the platform issues an invoice for the service fee in USD or UAH. The invoice is sent to the email address provided during registration or used when signing in via social networks.
The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of issuance.
If the invoice is not paid within this period, the platform reserves the right to:
- temporarily hide listings from the catalog;
- restrict account functionality;
- temporarily suspend the account until the outstanding balance is settled.

Online Payments
To receive online payments, you must create a Stripe payment profile and add your bank card or payout details. The setup takes up to 5 minutes. If you already have a Stripe account, you only need to log in. Once Stripe is successfully configured, rental payments will be transferred according to Stripe’s payment policies.
When paying online, the booking amount is temporarily placed on hold* on the renter's payment card until the rental period begins. Once the rental is confirmed, the funds are charged. If the booking is canceled, the hold is released and the funds become available again.
* Authorization hold (card hold) is a temporary reservation of funds on a payment card. The money is not actually charged but remains unavailable for use until the transaction is completed or canceled.
4. What Is Included in the Final Price and What Is Not

The final price consists of the following components:
- vehicle rental cost for the selected rental period;
- age-based surcharges (up to 25 years old), if configured by the vehicle owner;
- vehicle delivery fees to the requested location (airport, train station, hotel, or other address);
- additional services selected during the booking process;
- marketplace service fee for the renter – 5% of the rental amount.
❌ Not Included in the Final Price
- Security deposit / refundable damage deposit is currently not included in the final price.
At this time, the deposit must be paid in cash directly to the vehicle owner when the vehicle is handed over. The deposit serves as a security guarantee and is refunded to the renter after the rental period ends, provided that the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental terms.
